If less than 3 students have signed up on the starting date, Lingoda reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. In this case participants can either move to another course or receive a full refund of the course fee.
Once you completed all 48 classes of your Lingoda Teams course, you’ve completed one level. That means that you can for example go from level A1.1 to level A1.2, or from level A1.2 to level B1.1.
According to European legislation related to online purchases and services, students are entitled to cancel their subscription within 14 days (starting from the initial date of purchase) without giving any reason.
We stand behind the quality of our courses. However, should you find this course unsatisfactory for any reason, you’re entitled to a complete refund within the initial 7 days of your first class, provided you have attended all your scheduled classes until your point of cancellation. To proceed with cancellation, kindly contact us at service@lingoda.com and include a reason for cancellation (to help us improve). This right is specific to your current course booking and is limited to one use per customer. It does not affect your statutory rights of withdrawal.
If you are not satisfied with your group, you should reach out to our student success team service@lingoda.com. We will attempt to address any concerns and find you another group to join if possible. Switching of groups is not guaranteed.
If your payment fails, we will retry for seven days following a missed payment; this gives you time to update your payment details. After seven days of missed payment, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not have access to classes. 14 days after a missed payment, you will be removed from the Lingoda Teams course and won’t be able to rejoin.
If a teacher is sick or cannot attend, we will find a substitute teacher. If one cannot be found, the class will be cancelled and a credit will be returned to you, please use this to rebook the class at your convenience.
We suggest not booking classes from the level you would like to book the course in. You should begin at the same level as your coursemates. You can however use your credits from a previous subscription to practise and review other lessons from a lower language level.
