Once you completed all 48 classes of your Lingoda Teams course, you’ve completed one level. That means that you can for example go from level A1.1 to level A1.2, or from level A2.2 to level B1.1.

Lingoda Teams currently offers Italian, Spanish, German and English intensive courses only. You will be able to sign up for one of the following levels: German A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2, B1.1, B1.2, B1.3. English: A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2. Italian: A1.1, A1.2. Spanish: A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2.
If you are subscribed to our monthly product “Flex”, you will need to cancel your current subscription and switch to a Lingoda Teams subscription. If you have remaining credits you will not lose them, and you may use them later.
If you are currently attending the Lingoda Language Sprint, you can switch to Lingoda Teams after the Lingoda Language Sprint is over.
Your credits are saved in your account, and you can use the credits to book extra classes or rebook missed classes within the time period of your Lingoda Teams course. You can also use the credits when you continue your monthly subscription after you have completed the Lingoda Teams course.
Yes. You can download all course materials for free from your account. No additional materials or textbooks are required. In addition to the online course with a teacher, Lingoda offers homework and a lesson practice section after your lessons so you can keep practising.
Lingoda Teams has a maximum of 6 students per group. We ensure that you learn in a small group of students who want to achieve a common goal.
Yes. You can purchase additional class credits (not included in your Teams subscription) to take group or 1-on-1 private classes outside of your course. These classes must be at the same language level as your Teams course to ensure full completion of the desired level within the team and course’s time frame. Additional class credits are great for retaking classes or scheduling ones you have missed at any time.
Each Lingoda Teams course completes a module, e.g A1.1.. Each module represents a sub-level of an overall level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), e.g A1. Depending on the level, you would need to take either two (A1 and A2) or three (B1 and B2) modules to complete the full level.
Participants who attend and actively participate in at least 90% of the course get a Lingoda certificate of attendance. Those participants who successfully pass the optional final assessment test at the end of the course will receive a certificate of successful completion. Please note that this certificate may not be valid for visa purposes or university entry: please ask the authority if this is an important requirement for you.
According to European legislation related to online purchases and services, students are entitled to cancel their subscription within 14 days (starting from the initial date of purchase) without giving any reason.
We stand behind the quality of our courses. However, should you find this course unsatisfactory for any reason, you’re entitled to a complete refund within the initial 7 days of your first class, provided you have attended all your scheduled classes until your point of cancellation. To proceed with cancellation, kindly contact us at service@lingoda.com and include a reason for cancellation (to help us improve). This right is specific to your current course booking and is limited to one use per customer. It does not affect your statutory rights of withdrawal.
You can reschedule one day per month during your course. If you have appointments, travel, illness or other obligations that keep you from class, you can cancel the classes in advance (at least 3 days) and the class credit will be returned to your Lingoda account. You can then use that credit to rebook the classes you are missing at a time that works for you.
If you miss a class last minute or cannot cancel in advance, you will miss the class and the credit will not be refunded. If you wish to take the class you missed you will need to purchase extra credits and schedule it at your own convenience.
