CEFR Certificates: A Qualification for Success

The acquisition of our CEFR certificates is one of the easiest and most effective ways to prove your ability level.

At Lingoda, we issue our certificates in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which was designed to create standardised language exams across regions, are accredited by the German governmentwhich are accredited globally.

These certificates are officially recognized and range from A1 for beginners level right through to C1 for mastery level and are a great way to enhance your CV and boost your employment prospects.

Study abroad

If you plan to travel abroad to a foreign-language speaking country in order to study a course at college or university, or to begin employment or an internship, you will likely find that you need a language certificate. Certificates demonstrate your ability to speak, read, write and understand the language up to a certain level.

Finding a job

Certificates that follow the CEFR model can quickly demonstrate your ability to speak, understand, read and write the language, which gives employers and academic institutions a clear idea of your ability in each of those areas, rather than just your ability to speak, or just your ability to write.

Internationally understood

For example, if you have a B2 certificate, they will know that you can interact comfortably with most people and understand the main ideas in a piece of text. On the other hand, if you have a C1 certificate, they will know you can produce clear, detailed text in the language and understand more complex ideas.
