How much is the cashback?

Do I still get some cashback if I miss a class?

"The cashback rewards completing the full challenge, so missing a class or breaking one of the rules means you won't qualify for the reward. Pro-tip from successful Sprinters: booking your classes in advance at the start makes it easier to protect your streak.

    I started using Lingoda two years ago and during that time passed the DELF A2, B1 and now B2 exams. Their service definitely played a key role in making that possible. Admittedly, I was skeptical to try Lingoda at first. It was the no-risk trial and YouTube influencer reviews that convinced me to give it a go. I was immediately surprised at how great the lessons and content were! The combination of flexibility, topics, and a structured curriculum is so helpful. I am planning to keep going with Lingoda French for a while since even though I passed the DELF B2 I still feel I can learn a lot from the platform. Eventually though my plan is to stop the French lessons with Lingoda and switch to Lingoda Spanish lessons. :) Then who knows....maybe Italian or German from there. Lingoda is an integral part of my language learning journey. It is a great product annd their customer service along the way has also been terrific. I highly recommend them to anyone I speak to who is interested in improving one of the languages the platform offers.

    Overall, I’m very satisfied with all the teachers, but I’m especially grateful to those who make an effort to make their lessons more interesting and engaging. There are also some teachers who simply go through the slides and wait for the class to end. Fortunately, such teachers are few and far between. Most of the teachers are true professionals.     Nothing replaces an actual teacher, human rather than AI, with native language level experience and knowledge. Lingoda has an excellent formula, wherein a live conversation is placed within a framework of a specific learning topic, but is flexible depending on the capabilities and interests of the student(s).

    I'm making excellent progress in my sprint, however, the sprint itself is quite stressful. In retrospect, I would have been better off just subscribing. Either way, I plan on continuing with the regular class progression after the sprint is complete.

    Very practical way for learning languages at own pace. For those who mean it seriously Lingoda offers lot of excercises and practices. So for every 1-hour lesson you can spend another half an hour or hour with repeating vocabulary and grammar

  • Lots of speaking practice. Too much fallback to English.

    Teachers have been good about getting every student opportunities to speak in classes. My only complaint is that there’s too much English in every class. Most students know more English than German so it’s easy to fall back on English for questions and explanations. That limits my ability to stay in “German mode” and stretch my learning when questions and answers get challenging.

  • The Language Sprint is only open to Customers who don’t currently have an active Lingoda subscription. This does not include the Free Trial as it is not an active subscription. Upon registering for the Sprint Promotion, you automatically sign up for a two-month subscription.

    The payments will be automatically charged from your selected payment method upon registration and then on the 19th July 2026 and the 18th August 2026. To help you build on the skills learned during the Sprint Promotion, your course automatically rolls over to a regular Lingoda subscription after the Sprint Promotion ends. If you would like a break after your Sprint, you can change your post-Sprint subscription during the last month of the Sprint Promotion.

  • You can download all Language Sprint rules here. Please familiarise yourself with them. You need to follow all the Language Sprint rules as well as Lingoda’s T&Cs in order to earn your cashback.

  • Places in the Sprint Promotion are limited, so you should reserve your place well in advance. The closing date for entries is July 14th, 2026, 09:59 (CET). All participants will receive their credits when payment for month 1 is received (so classes can be booked in advance for a smooth start on July 27th, 2026, the start date of the Lingoda Sprint Promotion).

  • You must attend the agreed number of classes within each Sprint Promotion month by following the contest rules set out in the Terms and Conditions.

    A Sprint Promotion month is defined as follows:

    Month 1 – from 27. July 2026 (00:00) to 25. August 2026. (23:59)

    Month 2 – from 26. August 2026 (00:00) to 24. September 2026. (23:59)

  • No worries! Sprint is the ultimate language challenge, and timing is everything. If you need a little more time to gear up, there’s always another Sprint on the horizon: be the first to know when registrations for the next one open by signing up here.

  • The Language Sprint is designed to be a challenge and push your boundaries! Depending on your motivation it might feel hard or not. But thousands of students who succeeded before will testify that the effort is worth it for the language skills – and 14.000 of them earned the cashback.

  • Teachers at Lingoda are experienced professionals who love to teach. They are qualified, native-level speakers from all over the world. They will teach you versatile language skills and cultural insights into different social and workplace situations.

  • You can download all course materials for free from your account. No additional materials or textbooks are required. Plus, Lingoda offers homework and a quiz after your lessons, so you can keep practising.

  • If it’s due to confirmed technical issues on Lingoda’s side, the class will still count towards your Language Sprint. Once we have confirmation that the fault lies with Lingoda, we will update your account and refund your class credit. Please note, you can only use the refunded credit after the challenge ends. Using it during the Language Sprint (e.g. 16 classes in Month 2 of the Sprint instead of 15 classes) will result in you no longer being eligible for a cashback.

    If you missed the class due to problems on your side, you will not be refunded the class credit nor are you eligible for the cashback.

    You can, of course, continue taking your Language Sprint classes and developing your language skills!

  • After the Language Sprint ends, The Student Team will check if you’re eligible for a refund. This first part can take up to 2 weeks. If you qualify, we will send you your cashback (50% of the total amount you paid for the Sprint or the Super Sprint) to the same payment method you used to pay for the Language Sprint. Please note you can also choose to receive class credits of a higher value instead of money and continue learning (30 classes for Sprint, 60 classes for Super Sprint). This second part, the refund itself, can take up to 4 weeks. So in total, the process can take approximately 40-45 days.

  • You can join the Language Sprint as long as you never had an active Lingoda subscription before. Existing students can participate in the Language Sprint, but are automatically excluded from the rewards (cashback or free credits). Alternatively, you can choose one of our more intense monthly packages (i.e. 20 or 40 classes per month).
